1. Mix 1 teaspoon of the scrub with 1.5 teaspoons of water in a mixing bowl
2. The mixture should be smooth and flowing but not watery
3. Start scrubbing the mixture on to your face (circles around your cheeks, straight line using fingers on forehead, straightline using index finger for under the chin and upperlip)
4. Continue to scrub for 30 seconds and add more mixture if needed.
5. Continue to scrub the mixture onto your face for 3-4 minutes
6. Wash face with water to clean off the scrub (use water at room temperature)
7. It is always a good practice to pat dry the face with clean towel. Do not wipe the face

1. Make sure you have used any flavor of the Earth scrub to cleanse your skin following the steps above.
2. Mix 4 teaspoons of mask with 5-6 teaspoons of water.
3. Apply the mixture on to your face with an applicator
4. Make a thick layer of mask on your face. (If the layer of the mask is too thin, it might dry out on your face)
5. Leave it on for 10 - 12 minutes. (If the mask tends to dry out, add a layer to the top of it from the mixture)
6. Wash face with water (use water at room temperature)
7. Pat Dry face and continue with your usual oil free moisturizer

If your skin is dry, mix 4 teaspoons of mask with 1 teaspoon olive oil and 3 teaspoons milk

If your skin is a combination or normal, mix 4 teasppons of the mask with 4 teaspoons of water or 4 teaspoons of milk

Do not panic if the product enters your eyes. It is all organic and natural. It may cause some irritation in your eyes, wash off the scrub or mask from your eyes with cold water. If irritation persists for longer than 30 minutes contact a doctor
